IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR INVESTORS: TRANSITION TO MERJ ESCROW ACCOUNT:

As part of our commitment to improve transaction efficiency and reduce friction, we are pleased to announce that the MERJ Escrow Account will officially replace the existing PKF escrow account, removing the PKF leg of the process. We have updated the banking details on our platform to reflect this change.

Why This Change?

The move to the MERJ Escrow Account (MERJ Clearing and Settlement Ltd) aligns with our ongoing efforts to provide a more efficient transaction process by removing a third party from the transaction.

Old Account: PKF Escrow Account (to be discontinued on 2 June, 2025)
New Account: MERJ Escrow Account (active since 1 May, 2025)

Action Required:

If you are moving funds into your wallet (trading account) or simply investing new money in one of our offerings please update your banking records accordingly and ensure that all future payments and deposits are directed to the new MERJ Escrow Account. Any transactions made to the old PKF account after 2 June will regrettably be returned.
